Sustenance Sundays
Reconnect with yourself through a guided journey of movement, breath, and reflection. This all-encompassing class will stretch and strengthen your whole body, leaving you feeling energized, grounded, and renewed.

💫 Reflect & Connect – Journal, chat, or simply be in a supportive space to process and nourish what you need.

Location: downtown Phoenix, AZ
Address sent after RSVP! Right now the location is outside in a backyard, but I will keep an eye on temperatures and we will move to a studio space if temperatures become too hot!
What to bring:
- a yoga mat (I have some extras, but helpful if you can bring your own)
- a blanket/cozy thing to cover up
- journal/whatever reflection tool is a part of your practice
- wear layers so you feel warm enough after you cool down
